Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement apply to services provided by Weatherproof Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By accepting a proposal, quote, fee schedule, or by instructing Weatherproof Consulting to commence services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. Acceptance may occur electronically, including through online quoting and invoicing platforms.
